Back to the grind

I had a really good week of training. It has been a while since I really worked VO2 max and above so I was a little worried to see how I would fair. Got in 80 minutes early in the week with a 311 average which is well above anything I have done since February. Threw my best 1 minute by over 40 watts Thursday night and followed it up with one of my best 5 minutes ever. Legs are online. Perhaps missed my peak by 10 days or so, but I am new at this so going forward I'll know that I peak late. Did a pretty long ride for me today (just under 3 hours) and 200 TSS points. Again, this is really heavy for me as my CTL is around 55-60 for most of the season. Two more weeks to the state RR and then I think I am going to take my SRM off of my bike until I start base. Looking for fun on the bike again.
