Moving right along
Another good week of training so far. I feel really good on the bike. Diet is good, could use a little more sleep, but I am enjoying the bike a little more. Did 1:15 on the TT bike yesterday in the aero position. I only have two short TT's left this year, and neither are a priority race, but I don't want to totally forget how to ride the TT bike so I will continue to ride it a couple of times a week.
Today's workout was simply to do a short race intensity effort. I have a short loop of just under 12 miles around my house that I hit. Not all out, but a fair effort.
