Initially was working fine on first ride. 2nd ride the rear cassette allowed my chain to overshoot n jammed onto my frame n pealed off my new bike's paint!!!

Then from then I did at least 10-15 times of ZERO reset after each ride because the rear RD keeps giving problem (can't shift up or down to biggest n smallest).

It is indeed frustrating and I wonder why such a reputable company can produce such a problematic system.

I'm going to sell off the EPS and get myself a mechanical group set. New bike, new groupset. I was getting overshifts (past the big ring) once or twice a ride. Setting it up again did not resolve the issue. Also, after shutting the system off (magnets) and then turning it on a few days later shifting was problematic. Sometimes fine, other times would not shift into big ring while in larger rear gears probably due to the front derailleur shift. Spoke to Campy rep on the phone and he talked us through the hard reset. Been fine for two rides now, which has never been the case since I got it. Already sent the brain to them once and it took almost three weeks to get my bike back.
